the shakes were good. thats about all i can say, unfortunately. the service was meh and the food was alright. they didnt treat the homeless community very kind whenever i came in, either. R.I.P. Igloo

Price is over on the burgers. Not worth it. But great on the milkshake!

Went there today for lunch and there were ants all over my basket. They were crawling on my fries! What a waste of money!

The mustard was 2 months expired, there were ants crawling on the table and the smell inside smelt like a garbage can, I had to to-go my order because it smelt so bad. But the burger and fries were good

Love the family oriented atmosphere. Really good food. A must go type of place

The place is filthy. The walls are stainless steel and apparently have not been cleaned in ages. Ceiling vents caked with grease and dust. Burgers are all bun and very small beef(?) patty. Fries are good, shakes 😞. Tried it won't go back.

The food was average at best. My visit got worse when I noticed the cook touching the food without gloves on....required by law btw.Burger was overcooked and the bun was dry. I didn't even bother finishing my small amount of fries or milkshake.First time there and I won't be going back.

Pretty good burger and every flavor of milk shake you can think of, worth going for the milk shakes alone!

My husband and I were driving around and say this place, curious what it had we pulled up to the drivethru. We always love getting shakes and basically any form of ice cream. Their shake list was HUGE some sounded a little odd (grape? Lemon Oreo? Watermelon?) I ended up ordering the chocolate peanut butter and he ordered the huckleberry. Mine was extremely peanutbuttery with a after taste of chocolate but I really love peanut butter so I didn't mind at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my shake and would love to even get it again. His was good but again flavor was a little off. The texture was amazing on both thick and creamy. His had a after taste of huckleberry. If they put a little more flavor into it then it would be perfect! We didn't try any food so I can't say if that was any good but we will likely return for shakes in the future.

Im a local, and have always wanted to try this place cuz i love me some hamburgers. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, the burger was sub-par at best and the fries were alright. Wicked stomache cramps 20 min later. I might try the deserts in the distant future, but not a good first impression.

They close before 6 witch is the time they have on there sign witch is not ok and there food is horrible and they are the rudest people I have ever meet

The food is very good. This was our second time eating there. We will definitely be back for the great food

They need to change the website!!!! I went to the Igloo and it turned out to be closed when it said it was open!!! :(

Customer service was terrible, sat for 10 minutes after being told they'd be right there, and then when more customer's came in they immediately started taking their order. Will never go back

Wonderful service. It's a very cute 50s styled place. They have over 50 different shakes, went in for a burger and shake with some friends.

Delicious food at a very reasonable price. Quite possibly the best hamburger I have ever had. 10/10 would eat here again.

Have not been in a few years since the Springwater Corridor has not been safe due to rampant homeless would ride there once a week every other week or so I would stop and get a Burgers great, fries great, great price

Wonderful staff. Great food. There is a PokeGym nearby to farm while eating. Parking was great.

Igloo used to be amazing. New ownership/management has taken that place downhill drastically in a very short time :(

Cherry milkshakes were the best! Too bad its closed. My late father use to eat here when he was in high school. Use to be home of the colossal burger...everything but the kitchen sink my father always said. Definently historic and I hope it reopens! Hate to see it go!

My boyfriend and i went today ordered milkshakes which were delicious, but we also ordered 2 enchilada plated which they didn't start making for another 25-30 minutes after we ordered and the enchiladas were the length of my hand and the width of my middle and index finger, very dry and unsatisfying. We will not order food from this place again just ice cream and milk shakes

This place is adorable & the food is great! Right around the corner from where I work so my coworkers & I get lunch there all the time & it never gets old. We love it. Everyone who works there is always friendly & upbeat!

The food is pretty good, but their hours are ridiculous! Every time i try to go there, they're closed. Just tonight we walked there after seeing a big banner that they're open till 9 for summer hours. We got there at 8 and they were closed.. But the big banner is still up! Very lame, i can't spend money there even when I'm trying to.

Burger was so-so, small amount of fries but they were tasty and the shakes were good.

Food was good. Lots of variety on the shakes and the staff was friendly. Minus one star because the prices are listed clearly. Otherwise - I recommend this place.
